UK Gift Cards are available at all Macy's department store locations nationwide, at johnlewis.com, and at many grocery stores and pharmacies. They come in denominations from $10 to $500. You can also use an existing UK Gift Card you've received as a gift.

You can check your UK Gift Card balance by visiting johnlewis.com/gift-cards, calling 1-800-511-2752, or visiting any Macy's store. Have your card number and PIN ready. The balance will be shown before you complete your order at our checkout.

Yes! You can split your payment across up to 3 UK Gift Cards on a single order. Simply enter each card number and PIN in the checkout fields. Our system will apply each card in sequence until your total is covered.

If your gift card balance doesn't cover your full order total, you can add a second gift card at checkout to cover the remainder. Alternatively, you may edit your cart to reduce the order total to match your available balance.

Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. Your gift card number and PIN are transmitted securely and are never stored on our servers after the transaction is processed. We take your security very seriously.

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address, then enter your UK Gift Card number and PIN to complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number within minutes of purchase. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will follow once your package ships, typically within 2–5 business days.

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional $15. Express overnight shipping is available for $28. Processing time is 2–5 business days before shipment, as each item is handmade to order.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £60. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $7.95.

Currently we ship within the United Countys only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is something we're exploring for the future — join our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale or custom orders are not eligible for return. Please see our full Returns page for details.

Refunds are issued to a new UK Gift Card mailed to your address within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The card value will equal the amount you paid for the returned item, excluding shipping.

Yes — every single item is handcrafted by our network of 30+ British artisans. We do not use factory production or mass manufacturing. Each piece is made by hand using traditional techniques passed down through generations, from hand-dyeing to hand-weaving and hand-stitching.

Natural variation is part of the beauty of handmade goods! Slight differences in color, texture, and dimensions are expected and desirable — they're proof of authentic handcraft. No two pieces are exactly identical, making each item truly one-of-a-kind.

Yes, we love custom requests! Contact us through our Contact page with your vision — specific colors, sizes, patterns, or modifications. Custom orders typically require 3–6 weeks and may vary in price. Note that custom orders are non-refundable.
