How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email hello@theloomward.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back
We'll send a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original condition with tags attached and drop it off at any USPS location.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll mail a new UK Gift Card within 5–7 business days.
✓ Eligible for Return
- Unworn, unwashed items
- Tags attached and intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original packaging if possible
- Items in resaleable condition
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items washed, worn, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
🎁 Refund Method: UK Gift Card
Since we exclusively accept UK Gift Cards for payment, all refunds are issued as a new UK Gift Card mailed to your shipping address. Refund cards arrive within 5–7 business days of return approval and can be used at The Loomward or any Macy's location.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days. Contact us to reserve the new item, then follow the return process above. Exchanges are processed as a refund + new order to ensure your desired item is held for you.
