You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and dimensions accurately. However, due to variations in screen displays and photography, the actual product may differ slightly from what is shown. Product descriptions, including fabric composition and care instructions, are provided for informational purposes and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; in such cases, we will contact you before processing your order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation is sent by email and does not constitute acceptance until we confirm shipment.
Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and gift cards issued by The Loomward. Gift card balances are applied before the remaining balance is charged to your payment method.
The Loomward gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering the gift card code in the designated field and clicking "Apply." The balance will be deducted from your order total. Gift cards have no expiry date and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
We ship to all 50 US states from our Portland, OR location. Orders are processed within two business days. Shipping times vary by destination as described on our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at info@theloomward.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
